Between August and November each year, Monarch Butterflies migrate over 3,500 km from Canada to Mexico where they spend the winter. Tommy Thompson Park bids adieu to the incredible butterfly with a scavenger hunt, bird box building, a seed ball craft, displays, live bird banding demonstrations, a butterfly walk and wildflower planting.
