Outdoor City Rinks
All but a handful of Toronto’s 52 outdoor skating rinks are NOW OPEN – use the city’s handy chart to find your local rink’s hours right here!
Dufferin Grove should open by December 15th and Withrow is scheduled for the 22nd. The new loop at Queensway Park is slated to open in January.
Note: The city won’t start testing ice safety for skating at Grenadier Pond until January 2019.
Skate rentals are available at Wallace Emerson, Campbell Avenue, Dufferin Grove and Nathan Phillips Square.
There are skating trails at Dieppe, Greenwood, Rennie Park and Colonel Samuel Smith (plus the upcoming loop at Queensway).

Outdoor Rinks at Ontario Place, Harbourfront, the Bentway and Brick Works
Down at Harbourfront, the Natrel rink is now open from 9am to 10pm Sunday through Thursday and until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays with DJ Skate Nights on Saturdays from December 15 until February 16.
Skating on The Bentway will open up at December 21st and Evergreen’s Brick Works trail opened on December 1st with skating on their beautiful outdoor trail on Fridays, Saturday, Sundays and holidays from 10am to 5pm. Check here to confirm rink conditions.
