Pirates. Lost Boys. A ticking crocodile. What more could you ask for? J. M. Barrie’s classic story about the boy who would never grow up is given a lively musical reimagining for kids and kids-at-heart.

Tickets available here | best for children aged 3 years old and up.

The Story

Common Boots Theatre returns to outdoor winter theatre with Martha Ross’s award- winning, The Story presented at Toronto’s Christie Pits Park, The Story imagines the Nativity as a parable for modern times. The audience follows three wise men as they navigate a complicated world of existential shepherds, imperial soldiers, charming thieves, a bumbling angel, a deranged tyrant, and a lost choir.

When you are visiting the Young Centre during the Toronto Christmas Market, please enter the Distillery District via Cherry St. (Cherry St. and Tank House Lane) to bypass the Market lines. Soulpepper audiences enjoy free admission to the Market any time with use of the Cherry Street entrance.
